Who is eligible?
a) Children ages 5 - 14 may apply (Parents or Guardians must apply for any applicant).
What is the process?
- Fill out the online application form
- Upload all the necessary documents
- Once the application is submitted, The Department of Sports will verify that the information was submitted.
- Once the final determination has been made, The Department of Sport will inform each applicant via email

What are the supporting documents for the service?
- Passport Photo or the applicant
- Birth Certificate/s or other documentation confirming relationship to the applicant.
