All users must be 18 or older to register on My Gateway.

Registered Users on My Gateway may only apply for services for themselves or a Business.

You can not use your registered personal account to apply for services for anyone else.

Example

I may apply for my birth certificate, but I can not apply for my child's birth certificate.

I may apply for a death certificate for any one who is deceased.

Users can set a Proxy on an application and have an application picked up by another registered user.
