Registers users with a Gmail account associated with their MyGateway Profile may experience a delay in receiving emails or may not receive an email from the platform. 


Emails are sent to provide a user with: 

  1. One Time Password 
  2. Password reset instructions 
  3. Application status updates 
  4. Payment details etc


A registered user can contact the help desk for assistance with options 1 - 4.
