My Gateway Sign Up Guide
Step 1) Select Sign Up
Step 2) Input the required information. When creating an account on the My Gateway website, only fill out the First Name, Last Name, Marital Status, Date of Birth, Sex, Country of Birth and Country of Citizenship fields on page one (They will be marked with a red dot).
Then select Next
Step 3) On the second page, only input your NIB Number all other fields are not required.
Select Next.
Step 4) On the third-page input data into Country of Residence, Street, Island, Mobile Phone Number fields.
Then select Next.
Step 5) Input your email address and confirm it.
This will prompt you to check your e-mail for a confirmation email to verify your account. Once verification is completed, you will have full access to the services of the MyGateway website.
